The weather is very warm with the temperature being 112 F. We had no drill on account our arms being pretty sore. By this time we all were issued a blue uniform and our outfit was made complete. We received orders to break camp at 7 a.m. the next day we were very glad and of course there wasn't much sleep during the night in camp.
