December 1/98 Thursday
This is a beautifull day the Cap goes trough regular Routine of duty I am working at the Comisary until 4 pm and that time the Recruits marched up to Headquarters our Band leading them the Colonel asigns them to their respective Company. They where cherred all along the line in the Evening they all went up town and have a good time the same Men remain on the sick Book

 

This is a beautiful day. The captain goes through regular routine of duty. I worked at the commissary until 4 p.m. and at that time the recruits marched up to headquarters, our band leading them. The Colonel assigned them to their respective companies. They were cheered all along the line. In the evening, they all went uptown and had a good time. The same men remain on the sick book.
