The weather is fine but hot. We still have Luzon Island in view on our left and expect to reach Manila Bay in the morning. We didn't do anything else all day but look at the beautiful scenery of the island with its high mountain. We do not see any sign of civilization. The same three men are on the sick list today. All is well onboard and we begin to get our ammunition.
