in the Evening after we had our regular Souper consisting of Riece Soup and Bread and Coffee Lieut Charles Howard threated us to some niece peaches and Ginger Snaps for this desert in Honor of his Birthday we in turn gave him 3 good Hearty cheers and a dagger

November 7 Monday
This is a niece clear day we are going trough our regular Drills we have fresh Meat again and the Boys are buisy fixen
up christmas presents to send Home and we all are anxious awaiting our Mail we still have pretty much Liberty our Naybor Co A is on Outpost to day and our Company turn will be to morrow

November 8 Tuesday
This is a beautifull day 12 of our men are going on Outpost and 2 on Brigade Guard we have fresh Meat Boys are still buisy mailing Packages the Post Office is crowded at all times I myself sen 4 letters
